Domestic Standard Shipping

Flat rate $16 standard shipping applies on all orders under $180.

For orders over $220, we offer FREE standard shipping (2-8 business days).

Please note metropolitan delivery addresses will receive their order quicker than rural addresses. Extra fees make incur for deliveries to remote locations.

 

Domestic Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at the cart for a flat rate of $22 (1-2 business days).

For orders over $320, we offer FREE express delivery (1-2 business days).

Please note metropolitan delivery addresses will receive their order quicker than rural addresses.

 

PO Boxes

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes at this time. Please ensure you use a physical postal address. If a PO Box is selected, this will incur additional fees.

  

Processing Times

All orders are packed and sent from Brisbane, QLD. Please allow 24-72 hours for order processing and confirmation of shipping. If you have not received confirmation after this time, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us. You will receive a confirmation of shipment email, that will provide you with a trackingnumber and an estimated delivery date.


Order Changes 

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once processed as your order will be sent to our fulfilment warehouse for picking/packing/delivery. Please ensure your order and details are accurate at checkout before your confirm your order. 
 

Delivery

Please ensure your contact information, shipping and billing information is accurate when completing your order. Sandy Strays Collective is not required to refund you if you have not provided accurate information. It is your duty of care as a customer, to keep your information updated. Sandy Strays Collective will take no responsibility for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has been provided for your order. We recommend all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or another address, to minimize any re-delivery delays and/or fees.

International Shipping

Standard shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard international delivery times are 5-10 business days for most countries.

Please note metropolitan delivery addresses will receive their order quicker than rural addresses. Delivery times may take longer depending on your country, please allow an extra 10 business days for some countries.

Countries we don’t ship to

Currently, we don’t ship to Iran and RussiaThis is subject to change at any given time without notice.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees. Please check with your country’s customs prior to ordering. Sandy Strays Collective WILL NOT cover any Duties and/or customs fees. Any customs fees, taxes or import duties are the buyer's responsibility. We are also not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.
