Where is your magnetic stationery made?

All of our magnetic stationery is manufactured by a family-run small business in Australia. When you purchase from our store, you are supporting local. 

How are you reducing your environmental impact in your business?

We are very conscious in the way we run our business from where the products are made, quantities produced, how they’re packaged/shipped and warehouse logistics. We advocate for sustainability and zero-waste, which is why your order will be packed with 100% compostable packaging.

Sandy Strays Collective is also making a positive impact in forest regeneration. With every order completed, we will plant a tree on your behalf. If you would like more information, please visit our Sustainability page.

 

How do I clean my magnetic stationery?

You can use a wet wipe, damp microfibre cloth or magic eraser. Please dry thoroughly before attempting to write on your stationery again.

Please don’t use chemical sprays or multi purpose sprays to clean your planners – this may cause damage.

 

I think I accidently wet my magnetic stationery, what should I do?

If the cloth you were using was too damp you may damage your planners. If you use a low-heat hairdryer you may be able to dry out your planner before it soaks in.  

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

All orders are processed and shipped through a third-party fulfilment service so we are unable to change or cancel your order. Please ensure your order, details and information is correct at checkout.

 

Where are the orders packed?

All of your orders are processed, packaged and shipped by a fulfilment warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.

 

I have just received my order and something is missing, what should I do?

Oh no! I’m so sorry. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos info@sandystrayscollective.com. From time to time, accidents and mistakes can happen (we are only human), but please know we will get that sorted for you as soon as possible!

 

Do you make custom planners?

We unfortunately don’t have the capacity to make small order custom designs. However, if you have an idea, we are always open to feedback and ideas for future stationery. Please email info@sandystrayscollective.com we would love to hear from you.

 

What payment types do you offer?

We currently offer PayPal and accept most major credit cards.

 

What pens can I use on the magnetic stationery?

You can use liquid chalk markers or whiteboard markers. Please ensure you only use markers that are non-permanent and have a bullet tip/nib (chisel tips may scratch your planners).

 

Why are my liquid chalk markers watery and the colour is blotchy?

Why does my magnetic marker holder fall off in my caravan when driving.

Although our magnetic marker holders have strong hold magnets, they will need to be taken down before driving your car/caravan/van. The constant movements will eventually cause them to fall off.
